Hello tonyeliza01,
Not legit. Just evaluate the feedback, easy to see they are a scammer. Most of what they sell is either the Get Rich Quick Forex (foreign exchange) scheme, or downloaded copies of Microsoft, Nero, and Norton software. Many, many "private" feedbacks listed, too. Many of their feedback items are no longer available for viewing even though they have been sold recently, indicating that the transactions have been canceled.
All of this person's eBay listing are miscategorized and are in violation of eBay rules---downloaded/"electronic delivery" items are supposed to be listed ONLY in eBay's classified listings.
The response they listed to your question and another one about the legitimacy of what they are selling is just pure B.S.
Finally, remember that Microsoft's complimentary replacement program does not support those who buy just a product key and get scammed----you must have purchased a physical product that really looks like the real McCoy for Microsoft to replace a counterfeit copy.

I asked the seller if sells Office Home And Business 2010 for $90 USD at a loss or is he using MSDN subscription and this is the seller's response:
"No loss, not MSDN. It's full download version from Microsoft. I have coupon code, discount, also bulk purchase"
Can a seller buy Office 2010 download only using Bulk rate, coupon/discount code?

Thanks for your wise words of wisdom Dan. I will stay clear of this seller. I just wish there was a quick way to stop these scammers so they do not dupe other buyers.Monday, September 20, 2010 12:40 PM

I also asked seller the following question:
"What happens if I buy your product and I cannot activate the product because Microsoft says it is a fake? Will you send me another legitimate key?"
And this is the response I got:
"Sorry, it's impossible because your license will be generated directly from Microsoft just few minutes after your payment completed."
Is this guy for real?

And another question for seller:
"Are you aware that the only way to buy a legitimate downloaded version of Office 2010 is through Microsoft or Dell?"
Response from seller is:
If you buy the OEM version, yes it is. But you can re-sell Office full version if you have it and UNUSED. However, your order will be processed to Microsoft through me on eBay.

Hello tonyeliza01,
Just more tap-dancing.
We'd all like to buy a regularly priced $279 product for $89, but it's just not reality.
This guy might be selling product keys that were stolen from somewhere/someone, or are keygen keys, or are MSDN keys, and they might work for a day, a week, or a year, but sooner or later they'll be identified as abused and MS will block them. I can guarantee you that he is not getting the product keys from any sort of genuine Microsoft sales channel for real retailers or resellers.

You don't have to worry about it anymore...eBay has removed the bogus listing.

OK, Here's one.
Dan / Carey,
How in the world does this guy get away with this. Site looks pretty darn official and they have lots of answers to the obvious questions in the F.A.Q.'s secton. I cant imagine it being legal.

Bogus! That web site is very similar to many other bogus web sites I've seen. They come and they go and the customer has nothing to show for his "bargain".

Ya, that’s what I thought. I can see how tempting it could be to pruchase there keys. Looks on the up-and-up. Talk about blatant....
It’s sure is bewildering to me as to why Microsoft can’t shut down sites like that immediately and prosecute. Couldn’t be too hard to track down the owners.

You might like to inform the FBI - they have the jurisdiction in the US :)MS's problem is that to get the site taken down they have to work though the legal system in at least two countries - the US, and Greece, in this instance. The phone number is obviously bogus - and I suspect the same is true of the address. If you do a Search on the address, it comes up with anther well-known bogus software site :)
