Cannot get HELP to answer a question because I don't have product activation key RRS feed

  • I am a new paying customer to Live OneCare;  I want to know how to reset STANDBY MODE;  it went away when I downloaded OneCare;  I can't get to HELP as I do not know how to find my Product Activation key.  Help?--Mike L.

  • OneCare should have no effect on the PCs ability to enter standby mode. PCs are prevented from going to standby due to driver issues more often than not. However, if OneCare and other security software are causing the PC to not idle due to a conflict, it can certainly prevent Standby, I suppose.
