Difference between Technet Forums

  Hi,
  
  The basic diffence between these two url's of the technet are the first url is on  3.x platform which is far more advanced than the 2.x platform which is the platform for the second url.

  Thanks for your reply but I am after a little bit more about the difference in use of each of these forums?
  
  Is there a different use of each of the forums? Is one being replaced soon?  There doesn't seem to be a reason why one topic is in one thread when one similar is in the other.

  There is absolutely no difference between the two forums but, yes there were some modification which was implemented in 3.x platform to get easy and faster navigation etc. and gradually it will be migarted to the 3.x platform to get the better performance of the forums.
