I cant turn off caret browsing. Why? RRS feed

    I've been through every setting from my Microsoft edge to the computer settings all together. I tried using F7 and when i got to turn it off i try using the buttons to turn down the volume and caret browsing is still on. no matter how many times i use F7 to turn it off it'll just pop back up again over and over.
