I have Windows live one care installed on my computer. It has a few glitches but overall i think it's fine except for the fact that it will not allow me to turn on the windows firewall. In normal mode it doesn't matter because the live onecare firewall is on. In safe mode it does not come on, and I still can not turn on the windows firewall. Is there a way to make the live one care firewall work in safe mode, or is there a way to bypass liveonecare and make the windows firewall come on.
In safe mode, no firewall will run. Safe mode is for troubleshooting and only core services are running at that point. -steveMicrosoft MVP Windows Live / Windows Live OneCare Forum Moderator
