Help, activated W7, but wants to do a clean re-install.

Question
-
Hi,
I need to reformat my computer and reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit , which I've activated online.
I guess the only way to reinstall and 100% clearing the files in my HD is through the boot up cd for w7 install. Is there anyway that I could reinstall & format without disturbing my license?
Or,
Can I just reactivate it online? Can it be activated 2 times but on the same pc.
or
Can I back-up my license?
Thank you very much.

OEM.
So, I can reactivate it again online? cause if it doesn't works a fresh copy of W7 will cost RM375 in Malaysia, which is a big burn in the pocket. I don't want to spend another RM375.
Thanks ,
