Hi, I'm not sure if anyone will be able to help, but we've just signed up with a 30 day trial of the CRM system, and we're trying to figure out if it can do what we need it to do.
In the user guide, it says that we can create an account as a 'Parent Account' and then add 'Sub-accounts' which is exactly what we need. However, when I have gone to try to create an account, the 'Parent Account' lookup field does not appear.
Any ideas why this is not appearing, and why I can't create this type of account?
