Storage limit exceeded, purchased more storage, CRM system is still blocked RRS feed

  • Yesterday we exceeded our storage limit on CRM online and the system stopped allowing us to create new customers, run workflows, send emails, etc.

    Today, we purchased another 20GB of space.  Our resource usage shows at only 38%.  However, the system is still in locked down mode, and is not allowing any create customer, workflow or send email operations.

    When we try to do one of those operations, we get an error "Storage limit has been exceeded", with the following error log:
