Help! My Help doesn't work!

I am having a problem with all the HELP links to my programs. One care is just one of them. Why doesn't this work? Also,

I registered for online picture backup but my 90 day trial is over and when I registered to get the program the warning sign on how many days I had left on my trial is no longer there, but how was I charged? There is no withdrawl from my bank account, but there is a withdrawl for the online picture backup. Are they both included in the oneCare picture backup price or what?

Do I need to uninstall then reinstall OneCare to get my HELP to work? Am I registered for the onecare program or not?

If Help does not work from any programs, then it would seem that there may be a file association problem. I'm not sure how that would be corrected, but you may want to check the Microsoft public newsgroups for Windows.

Did you subscribe to online photo backup before activating OneCare? I'm not sure that can be done, but if you did, that might explain your situation. Sign in with your subscription LiveID at http://billing.microsoft.com to see your subscription status. The installed program and the photo backup are different subscriptions.
