Windows not genuine pop up

Question
-
This started for me about three days ago. I get the popup stating that Windows is not genuine. Even though I still show that it is activated in computer properties and I can download and install updates. I would just ignore it, but it keeps popping up when I am playing CS:GO.
This is an old install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (3+ years), purchased directly from the Microsoft store. This is a custom built computer.
I have attempted some fixes on my own: I've run sfc /scannow, I've called Microsoft support and they did a remote session Windows activation (which I was told would solve the issue), I also renamed the catroot2 file while stopping the WU service. To no avail.
Here is the report from MGADiag:

Try this...
What AV are you using?
Please disable real-time scanning/protection and reboot
If the notification has disappeared, re-enable real-time scanning and reboot again
If the notification is still present, first check whether the real-time scanning is still switched off If so, then re-enable it and post the result. If it's turned itself back on then tell me or try again using a different disable option.
Post back with the results

Noel Paton | Nil Carborundum Illegitemi CrashFixPC | The Three-toed Sloth No - I do not work for Microsoft, or any of its contractors. Thank you for your response, but it seems for the time being that this is no longer an issue for me.
I haven't had a pop up in days.
