    Retail versions are not eligible for this offer. However, this license type also appears if you purchased your machine from a participating System Builder (www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible), but have not yet activated your copy of Windows. Please try the following steps:

    1. Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.

    2. Scroll down to the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
    3. If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
    4. Try redeeming the offer again.
