Office Student and Home 2013 not start RRS feed

    Nothing in Office Home and Student 2013 can start up on Win 7 after the successful installation. Office Configuration Analyzer Tool 1.1 shows that Office Home and Student 2013 doesn't support Information Rights Management (IRM), while on this web page (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc178985.aspx), Microsoft instructs to turn off IRM from within the Office 2013 apps. Since nothing in Office Home and Student 2013 can be started, this doesn't work. Any direction/advice is highly appreciated.
