I just wanted to find out if the MS Office Communications Server 2007 supports remote management . By remote management I mean, a situation where I have it installed on my site and incorporate customers/offices in remote locations into the OCS on my site ie. from an enterprise management perspectiv.

I want to be able to help customers in remote sites keep their internal call logs, instant messaging etc. on our site and then send them this information as they request.

    Hoping to hear from you.

  • The mangement tools integrate with Active Directory so one option is to allow a secure RDP connection to one of the OCS servers to run the tools from.  A VPN connection would be a safer solution.
