  • Hello,
I'm afraid there is no easy way of doing that.
As far as I remember it is possible to configure auditing to store datetime when person logs in CRM - http://blogs.msdn.com/b/crm/archive/2012/05/25/auditing-user-logon.aspx
If I'm not wrong there is no information logged when person logs out from CRM so you will have to analyze audit logs to get that information.

  • To expand on Andrii's answer, the behaviour is slightly different depending on the type of authentication used - you say you have Crm 2013 Online; are you sure, as I didn't think Microsoft still hosted Crm 2013 Online ? Only Online and claims authentication have the concept of a logout, and even so, I expect very few users explicitly logout

  • Hi David,

Thanks for the reply david, yes we are using Microsoft dynamics CRM 2013(Online Version) and we are in need of report where all the users login and logout time is store.

Is there any way we can manage this without coding.(Audit Summary is not found to be usefull in this case)
