When I use Microsoft Office Home & Student I always get the message NOT GENUINE I feel that I have been conned both by Microsoft & Argos were I paid £100 RRS feed

  • So when do you get this message? Did your computer come with a TRIAL version? If so how did you convert to the full version?

    Uninstall All Office entries through add/remove programs. Install the one you purchased. It shoudl work fine.

  • Try uninstalling trial versions of office.
