Computer Hangs During Backup

I have recently bought a laptop computer and added it to my OneCare circle (which has one other PC - a desktop which backs up to a USB HDD). I have tried twice now to get the laptop to backup to the desktop PC (which is the "hub" PC), but both times the computer has completely frozen midway through the backup (about 5GB transfering across the wireless network), requiring a hard reset.

Has anyone had similar problems? And if it persists, what is the best way to contact Microsoft for support?

I think the first thing to try is to connect the laptop to your network via an Ethernet cable to the router for the first backup, which will be quite a bit larger than subsequent incremental backups.

If that still fails or if it works, but subsequent incremental backups fail, I think I would contact support.
