I've registered for my exam 070414 through prometric website on December 10, 2013 and scheduled my test to be taken today thursday December 12 2013, 3 PM Egypt Local Time

I've been at the center location one hour and half (90 minutes) before the exam date and time
but the managers in the test center refused to accept my registration through prometric official website
at the beginning they claimed that "I didn't call them to register for the exam"
I explained to them that it's not my responsibility to follow their duties as a registered testing center and that it's not my fault that they didn't check their portal.
later they claimed that "the lab is busy"
I responded that it's ok to wait as prometric isn't restrictive as long as I take the exam on the same day.
when we came to this point they told me that they don't have the access to prometric account or server cause the one who has been responsible for them and trained by prometric has left his job 6 months ago and they can't reach him nor even that they know how
to contact your help desk for such issue.
I tried to reach any other testing centers in the region to find a solution but they were closed as it was already 5 pm here in egypt.
for now I'm losing my money and effort that I paid to get into the exam which is my final exam on the package / voucher I bought and I was there on my time in spite of the bad weather conditions hitting egypt these days , traveling 60 miles to testing center
and face all of those such conditions for nothing but losing both my money and effort
I only have a window of 2 weeks open till the end of December to take my exam and 2nd shot too !!!
and due to the inresponsibility of prometric testing center staff I'm about to lose my chance
I've contacted prometric through email and online forms they have on their website but it seems they don't look at their inbox regularly !!
