401 Server Error in Hotmail

Question
-
Hello and Thank you for your help. We have used Hotmail for years. I have an account so does my husband. Being bit more computer savvy I often log into his account to type his emails for him. We both live in California but now he is in London. Today I logged into his account from California (Of course I know the password and even for password reset which I did, it texts to my cell phone here in California). I get the following error.
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
I tried my own hotmail account and it works on my Mac. I am using Chrome as my Browser. But when I log into my husbands it comes with this error message. I feel it could be MS server detected that he is in London and I am here and we both try to log in and access the email. May be that si teh issue but we have done this maymany imes in the past ie BOTH of us logged in at the same time, so not sure what to do. My email is proparker@hotmail.com and his is xxxx@hotmail.com
Thank you fory our help.
