    We have 2 computers,  one laptop and one other wired - we have One care loaded on both and we keep getting a red balloon on one computer saying it is in danger - when I sign on the laptop it shows green (Joan PC) the Den PC shows red under one user saying the Joan PC is in danger, call me confused, we have done back up and got the green light and now we are red again....I am not impressed with this one care circle....Is there any other way of getting this sorted out?
