Connection between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Outlook 2010 on another domain RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have 2 domains for exemple LOCAL and CLOUD. My users are LOCAL and Dynamics CRM 2011 on CLOUD.

So i use ADFS 2.0 to links the two with this very usefull guide : http://www.xrm.com/support/Microsoft-Dynamics-CRM-2011-Implementation-Guide.aspx

Now i can use my logins from LOCAL to authenficate on Dynamics on CLOUD via adfs 2.0

But i still can't use the Dynamics Client for Outlook on my LOCAL domain.

    I tried this : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg674952.aspx

But i can't find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\MSCRMClient in my registry

Here the Crm50ClientConfig.log on client side :

  • I'm experiencing the same error while trying to connect to my IFD using CBA deployment.  All of my Web Address file in the Deployment Manager Properties are set to crm.domain.com:444

Below is my error log from CRM50ClientConfig file

13:47:47|  Error| Error connecting to URL: https://crm.domain.com:444/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: The provided uri did not return any Service Endpoints!

Perhaps it is somehow connected to this error I also see on the CRM servers Application logs
