    For what version and edition of Windows is your PC licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case?
    If it's XP Prow, then use the Product Key Update Tool to change the Key to the one on the sticker.....
     
    Your current installation is based on a Blocked Volume License Key - possibly because you sent it in to a shop for repair?
