Off Topic: Restriction Problem

  Hi,

  I am currently having windows xp professional sp-2 installed on my dell laptop. My laptop was infected by trojan virus and i have tried to clean that and now that has been cleaned (bcoz it doesnt show in the virus scan) but still i cant go to the My computer properties or desktop properties, even when i am logged as Administrator and it gives the following error that :

   

  '' This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.''

   

  so plz help me out that how could i fix this problem???
