Hello JABY88,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 - 114 Blocked VLK 2
Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003 - 101 Not Activated
OGA Version: Registered, 2.0.48.0
Signed By: Microsoft
Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-230-1
The report is telling us that you have two installations of Office 2003 on your computer: one installation of Office Pro 2003 that is a nongenuine Volume Licensing installation, and the other is a retail license of Office Standard 2003 which is showing as not yet activated.
Please follow these steps to correct the problem:
1. From Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, uninstall the nongenuine installation of Office Professional 2003.
2. Restart the computer twice.
3. Click Start>All Programs>Microsoft Office Standard 2003>Word 2003 to open up Word.
4. At this point the Activation Wizard should automatically start. If so, activate Office Standard Edition 2003 normally.
5. If the Activation Wizard does not start automatically, click on Word Help>Activate Product to start the Activation Wizard. Activate Office Standard Edition 2003 normally.
6. Once activated, restart the computer.
7. Now visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office button to ensure your Office Standard 2003 validates normally.

It looks like you were able to uninstall the nongenuine Office Professional 2003 installation, and to activate the Genuine Office Standard 2003 installation.
If you are still seeing the nongenuine notices, then we have a little more clean-up to do.
First, see if just visiting www.microsoft.com/genuine and clicking Validate Windows does the trick. Restart after validating and use Office normally to see if the notices are gone.
If not, please refer to this MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275, and scroll down to the "Method 2" section and run the MS FixIt that you see there. Restart, revisit www.microsoft.com/genuine to Validate, then test Office to see if the messages are gone.
Post back to let us know how you do :-)
