Axel,
This is an interesting error that you are getting. I will need a little information about you existing domain structure that you are installing OCS 2007 into and some information on what youre doing prior to and when this error occurs.
1. What is the name of your active directory forest root domain - ocstest.info
2. When you performed the AD preparations whwere there any errors.
3. Are installing Standard Edition or Enterprise Edition
4. What OCS 2007 topology are you installing - expanded - consolidated - scaled
5. I notice your error contains information about an edge server. Have you installed OCS 2007 as a internal Access server and had it functioning prior to installing / adding the edge server.
6. Does you access edge server have access to the active directory DNS while installing / activating
7. What type of PKI (certificates) are you using for you Access edge inernal intrfaces and the OCS pool interfaces
8. Are all the Host record for the Access servers and the access edge servers written to their respective DNS. Is the Pools FQDN added to a host record. Your Access Edge Server should write just its internal NIC Host name to the internal DNS solution.
9. Are you using a scaled topology with a load balancer.
Please respomd to this and we will begin troubleshooting the issuer
Thanks.
