  Can FixIt repare TCPIP Network Stack in Windows XP?

  friend has a problem with network == dead network
  TCPIP.sys driver reports problems yellow exclamation

  he has reinstalled XPSP3 but that didn't help
  I have told him to reinstall OS but he lives in stone age and uses several programs from that OS for work, and he doesn't want to reinstall OS == too much trouble for him.

  so is there any other solution for his problems ?
