My status is red (at risk).
Firewall and anti-virus not turned ON.
I tried to press onthe button, but is says cannot change settings at that time.
The problem persists. = (

Uninstall One Care, use the install cleanup tool -

then reinstall One Care. If the issue persists please contact support. How to reach support -
