Major problems RRS feed

  • I have just purchased OneCare and I have not been able to activate my subscription.  I've tried the free version and decided I wanted the product; however, when it asks me to sign in I put in my information and click sign in and the computer does nothing.  I've waited for 5 minutes before ending the task.  I've tried uninstalling OneCare, running the clean up tool, and then reinstalling it and I'm having the same problem.  If there's anyone that can help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.  I still have about 30 days left on my free trial, but I don't want to cancel my subscription and I will have to if I cannot get this to work.  Any assistance will be greatly apprecaited.  Thank you!
