    I purchased Windown Live OneCare on line.  The product i d was not included on the confirming e-mail.  How can I get this id?

    If you purchased from the One Care site you do not need a product key. The subscription is associated with the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. To activate, open  One Care and select "Subscribe". When asked to enter a Live ID use the Live ID and password used to purchase One Care. Your subscription status will be recognized and One Care will activate.
