XP to Vista Ultimate upgrade and WHS RRS feed

    Here is my situation, I have 2 clients and 1 server. One client running Vista Ultimate, the other running XP pro. I bought an upgrade version of Ultimate,installed it and had problems, so i formatted the hdd's and started over. now i have Ultimate on both clients. now how do i get a backup of the upgraded client? I need to load all the programs and files.Obviously it only shows the last backup on the server for the new client, how do i access the old bkups ?

    Unless you've "removed" the "old" PC from the WHS console, you can open the backup files from the Computers & Backups tab (right-click computer > view backups.)

    Which also answers the first question:  the new install is, basically, a new PC.  Install the connector software, and done.
