Vista not seen in dual boot!

  I installed Vista on my computer.
  
  I had one hard drive already with 2 partitions C and D, with Windows XP PRO installed on C, and D used mostly for data. Now, I bought a new Hard Drive and then installed Vista on that. Now, however, when I restart my computer it boots into XP, with no option to dual boot Vista.
  
  How to I get it to see Vista and allow me to dual boot
