SocialInsights Generates error when syncing RRS feed

  • When trying to sync company information or contact information using Social Insights (InsideView) I get the following error: 

    Export Error

    Looks like we ran into an issue

     There was some problem while performing this operation - Authentication Failure DefaultURL. Please contact support for assistance.

    It happens on every computer, browser and device I have tested it on. I have cleared the cache and cookies.
