Upgrade CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 - Tracked emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    One of my Clients have CRM 2011 online and is going to Upgrade to CRM 2013. They have tracked emails which they want to keep  track on. Does any one know whether tracked emails in CRM 2011 follow to CRM 2013 in the upgrading process?

  • Hi Yasir,

    When you track and email a record of that email gets created in the CRM database. When you upgrade the database to 2013 all records contained within the database should be retained, meaning that any of your tracked emails will still be there after the upgrade.
