Just installed a new terminalserver with Office and a CRM4
When we try to do a mailmerge we get a "kind of error" up in word saying:
To Start mailmerge, Click CRM
In Microsoft Office Word 2007, the CRM button appears on either the add ins tab or the mailings tab, depending on the mail merge template you selected.....................On the right side there is a lot of code with kind of a line up to the text above. A have a screen dump if you want me to send it.
The CRM button is there and it works as well. There reason why I say this is an "error" is that on our stationairy computers it just goes directly to a Word document with the merge fields ready to get merged with data from CRM
Can you tell me wich setting in word that allows the direct connection to the merged document.
