Team Foundation Server 2015 Repository Issue RRS feed

  • Question

  • we have installed windows server 2012 r2 64 bit and Team foundation server 2015.

we are facing following issues on our server machine that are:-

we followed all the instructions to configure tfs on server machine properly like

adding new team to DefaultCollection .

now when we are trying to add a new project under DefaultCollection\TeamName\Folder\

when right click on folder => add items to this folder . one dialog box appears with the following message

    1) Files already in version control are hidden.

what could be the possible solution for this problem.

2)when we visit to web portal from team explorer it doesnt show us the project which we have added into source control explorer

even if  logged as Administrator it shows the message : No files in this Folder , what  could be the possible solution for this as well.

Hint : previously we have added one project into tfs and accidently its got deleted from source control ,now because of which this problem has occured .

  • Hello,

The MSDN, TechNet and Expression Library Feedback forum is to "Help improve the Library Experience in MSDN, TechNet and Expression by providing feedback on features, bugs, look and feel or by just providing suggestions". This is not a support forum.

As it's off-topic here, I am moving the question to the Where is the forum for... forum.
