When you click on activate windows goto "I want to telephone a Customer Service Representative", select your country and dial the number, if the system requires you to speak to a CSR just tell them you've reinstalled (and why if they ask but i dont think they ever do?) and they will give you an activation code! The CSR's are usually very nice and polite so good luck and remember KEEP THAT ORIGINAL WINDOWS DISC SAFE!!Monday, February 19, 2007 7:23 AM

yes thank you ...
I phoned and recieved a one time activation code with no hasles.. it was almost pleasant... after the computer recording it pushed me right throught to a representative. I was on hold for less time then when i try to talk to a representative of the telephone company... and they didn't want a DNA sample for the correct activation. Although when i do upgrade i will have to ring them up again... not a big deal now i know that it is not a painful process...
thanks again for your help...
