Plans to support SQL Express clients?

  With the Entity Framework CUT from the Orcas release, implementation of Sync Services via SSCE may become more problematic.
  
  Is there a viable alternative to the EDM for an abstraction of the Data Layer (could DLINQ be adapted to work with SSCE in some way) to interact with the client database .or will we be forced to pick from the list below?
  
  a.  Roll our own data layer.
  b.  Buy a  3rd party ORM (Entity Spaces).
  c.  Use old-school ADO.NET.
  
  This is actually a major sticking point in my application right now, so any suggestions would definitely be appreciated.

  We are considering out of box support for SQL Express but it is not in the plan yet and not part of the V 1.0 release. I am thinking about posting a sample to how to build custom client provider which would then be possible for you to build one for SQL Express.

  I would also appreciate this functionality.

   

  More documentation on custom implementations of the client sync data provider and how it works would be a higher priority for myself and the projects I work on.
