    Hi there,

    I'm a developer and I'm looking to integrate record creation within Dynamics 365 with some of our external web apps. What I need is an api call to create a contact/lead when certain events trigger within our web apps.

    The part I am struggling with is finding the right Dynamics 365 API calls to actually achieve this. I have found the API docs rather lacking (or very difficult to find) and am struggling to identify the endpoints I need to use to create a record/contact and how I go about accessing these endpoints.
