anytime upgrade will not let me put in new/correct activation code

  I purchased a new Win7 64 laptop.  I purchase Anytime Upgrade from Home to Pro.  When I put in the activatio code I keyed in a Q and it supposed to be a 0 ... so it failed.  When I attempt to execute the upgrade again, it does not ask me for an activation code and so it continues to fail.

  how can I get it to stop and let me put in the correct code?
