  • We didn't have any planned maintenance going on during that time so you shouldn't have received any messaging about that.   We're reviewing the database server logs to see if there was a problem with the server your Live ID information resides on.   In the interim, our test manager has suggested that the error reason might be embedded maintenance page source.   If you receive the error again, go to the View menu and select "Source".  You can then copy the source code into a new post and we can investigate it.

  • Hi Jason,

Well, no errors and could browse every other page on the web, but I had the problem from about 7:30am to 10:30am EST.  The page did not load weird or anything, images load properly etc., just says that exact message.  Oh, and tells you to go use live search in the meanwhile.  Its just annoying as I really like My Live for my homepage, have all my RSS feeds set up etc. and then I get this a couple times a month.  Maybe a time zone issue?  You all on PST perhaps so maintenance is over by the time you get to work?
