Bitlocker code for Seagate External drive RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have been using a Seagate external drive for years.

Today (March 24, 2020) at 1115 hrs CDT something happened and a Bitlocker 48 digit code is needed to let me into my Seagate external drive.

How can I get that?  I would prefer to speak with the technical person who can assist.
