CRM 2013 Plugin Keeps crashing RRS feed

  • Hi, I installed 2013 CRM plugin for 32bit outlook 2013 and it keeps crashing I tried different rollups and still have the same issue please help

  • Have you tried disabling all other Outlook plugins? Can you also run the Dynamics Diagnostic Wizard.

  • 1. Fully uninstall CRM Outlook client

    2. Repair your Outlook

    3. Install CRM Outlook client again.

    ==How to fully uninstall CRM Outlook client==
    - Removed CRM form the Program and Features.
    - Delete Microsoft Dynamics CRM folder from C:\program files.
    - Deleted MSCRM folder from C:\Users\Your username\AppData\local\Microsoft\MSCRM
    - Performed similar step for C:\Users\Your username\AppData\local\Microsoft\MSCRM and deleted MSCRM folder if it exist.
    - Go to Run, type in regedit and press enter.
    - Click on HKEY_CURRENT_USER>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.
    - Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.
    - Click on HKEY_USER>>Software>>Microsoft>>MSCRM. Delete all MSCRM related folder.

  • Try to re-add the organization the the Configuration Wizard. Open the Configuration Wizard from the start menu, without Outlook running. Select the organization and click Delete. After that, click the button Add, enter your server URL and select the organization.

    Additionally, you can try to delete the sdf files in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Client and %APPDATA%\Microsoft\MSCRM\Client. There could be a data corruption in these files.
