task scheduler not working?

  I recently upgraded to windows 10, and SyncToy worked fine.  I then switched to a larger backup hard drive, and re-setup my folders, and now it's not working.  I used the exact same commands as before, telling it to run the SyncToyCmd.exe file, with the -R....but now the dos-looking window will appear (albeit completely blank) at the scheduled time, but nothing is getting backed up.  I've been waiting over 6 hours and not a single file has been backed up.
