This is a system I built myself. Had 2 250 gig hard drives, one with my OS, the other for storage. My OS drive was acting up, so I reformatted, using my former storage drive as my OS drive now. It's an OEM bought version of Vista Home Premium 64 bit, purchased from newegg, has been working fine for two years. Now I can't even log onto Windows, asks me to validate, doesn't validate, logs me off. Vicious cycle.

States this after I try to validate:

The security processor reported a system file mismatch error.

    Please help, need my PC.

You should also scan your system using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - do NOT enable the resident scanner when you install it)
