Client connectivity and backups after WHS reinstall RRS feed

    Hi,

    I did server reinstall (Trial->Final).

    Right now my previously connected to server machines are not doing backups anymore. And console installed on them does not find WHS.
    Should I remove these computers from WHS and add them again (and reinstall client software on them). or maybe there is other way to reconnect them ...

    (Assuming your server has been updated to the same patch level it was at previously) On each of your client computers, run C:\Program Files\Windows Home Server\discovery.exe. This will allow you to join your computers to the "new" server.
    I'm not on the WHS team, I just post a lot. :)
