Does anyone have any ideas to get around this scenario:
1) Client is going to use Forward mailbox to process Incoming messages with the Email Router
2) The Forward mailbox (and CRM 4.0) exists in a Hosted environment external to their infrastructure
3) Their Coporate IT services will not allow turning on of "Auto-forward Email to External Domains" (top Level Global Exchange setting)
4) Therefore forward mailbox rules will not work and send on email
Have tried alternatives such as trying to trick the infrastructure by creating a mailbox within their Organisation that accepts the Forward as Attachment rules, that then auto-forwards using "Alternate Recipient" at the user level, but it is still blocked.
Any ideas??
