Microsoft Hotmail Account is Inaccessible

Question
-
Hello,
I didn't know where to write my problem in these forums.
I have a Hotmail account which has been marked as spammer, when I logs in to it, Hotmail redirects me to a page which is for resetting password. My problem here is that I don't remember that much information of my e-mails or my second e-mail address, who can help me with this issue? Since Hotmail keeps sending me that I didn't provide much information.
This account is used for logging in to Microsoft Partners site and it has my certifications attached to it, so that's why I need it badly.
Please any help is appreciated.

Hi,
This is an old thread that is already marked as answered. I suggest removing your email address and then posting in the forums mentioned above.
EDIT: Also, these are community forums. Most people you'll see here do not work for Microsoft.
