MS CRM 2011 Hardware sizing

I need hardware recommnedation for Organization having more than 10000 users and 1500 Concurrent users for upgrate to 2011 .Current hardware configuration for MS CRM 4.0 is 2 Load Balanced webserver (16 Gb ) Ram 1 Clustered DB Serever 64 GB Ram and Report server with 16 GB Ram .

Please let me know if some specifications are there .

I received some good advice on this from a friend at MSFT.Take a look at the PAL (Performance Analysis of Logs) tool: http://www.codeplex.com/PAL. Run the wizard. There is a Threshold File tab, looking at the .xml files behind these per-product threshold files gives you a good idea of good/bad/ugly values coming from Performance Monitor captures.
