Hello Everyone ,
I have a problem with sending emails on CRM 2013. We upgrade CRM 2011 to CRM 2013 last week. We also change the server while this operation. After the upgrade process , we configure the email router with the old server's same properties.
When we try to send an email via CRM 2013 , we are taking the error below :
#61042 - An error occurred while processing the outgoing email message with subject "Deneme ABH03340006" for SMTP: http://crmabh.anadolu.corp/ABHCRM2013 for delivery through 172.18.1.25. System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Service not available, closing
transmission channel. The server response was: 4.3.2 Service not available
at System.Net.Mail.SmtpConnection.GetConnection(ServicePoint servicePoint)
at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.Send(MailMessage message)
at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingSendEmailProvider.Run()
Is there anyone who has encountered
such a problem like this?
