I received for christmas a MS Wireless Optical Desktop 4000 Kb & mouse set. I installed it and now Screen Saver will not launch.
My previous mouse and keyboard were PS2 connected and each had their own connection. These new devices share a common USB connection that connects via one of my front USB ports. They work fine, but now my screen saver never launcehes. I have it set for 10 minutes. I can go in and change the way the screen saver is configured and do the preview and it works fine, but of course, I am initiating the screensaver display, not some monitoring program. Currently I click on Preview and leave it untill I'm ready to use my PC again. The screen saver runs fine.
I just need it to launch on it's own after 10 minutes of no activity.
Any ideas?
