  • There are several reasons why this might happen.  To help us help you, please reply and let us know:

      - what version of Money were you using before the reinstall?

      - what version of Money did you use to reinstall?

      - did you reinstall from a downloaded installation file or a from a disk?

      - was your password a local password or was it one that was associated with a Microsoft account?

Also let us know the version of Windows that you are using.

  • When we ask about the version of Money, please open Money (with your file, Sample.mny, or a new file), then go to Help / About and list the version you find there. Do not depend on what the CD or installation file may say.

And also list what the country that Money was designed for (US, UK, FR, INTL, etc.). The country is as important as the version number.
